These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BetBot Picks website, API, Discord server, bots and any future mobile app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal to use the Service. You are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. We may ask you to confirm your age and may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 21.
2. Information service only
BetBot Picks is an information and entertainment service. We publish odds comparisons, arbitrage, positive expected value, middle and DFS edges, and the graded results of those picks. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, place bets for you or act as a sportsbook. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or gambling advice, and nothing is a promise of profit.
Odds move quickly. A price shown on the Service may no longer be available when you see it, and sportsbooks may limit, void or refuse bets at their discretion. Always confirm the price with the sportsbook before you bet. Past results, hit rates, ROI and closing line value figures do not guarantee future results. Every decision to bet, and every loss, is yours.
3. Accounts
You can sign up with an email and password or with Discord. Give accurate information, keep your login private and tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. One person per account. We may suspend or close accounts that share access, resell or redistribute picks, scrape or automate access to the Service, attempt to bypass premium locks, or harass other members.
4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
Premium plans are sold through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars before any applicable taxes.
- Weekly pass ($14.99): a one time payment for 7 days of premium access. It does not renew.
- Monthly ($39.99) and Annual ($249): subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period at the then current price until you cancel.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Account, then Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you keep premium access until the end of the period you already paid for. If we change a subscription price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
5. Refunds
Because picks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, payments are generally non-refundable, including partial periods after cancellation. We will refund a charge if you were billed in error, charged twice, or if you request a refund of a first annual payment within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact support in Discord with the email on your account and the date of the charge. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account closure.
6. Discord
Premium Discord roles and alerts are part of the Service and follow these Terms and Discord's own terms. Linking Discord is optional. If you unlink Discord or leave the server, web access continues but Discord features stop.
7. Sportsbook and affiliate links
The Service links to third party sportsbooks, DFS apps and exchanges. We do not operate or control those sites and are not responsible for their availability, odds, rules or payouts. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you sign up. That never changes the price you get. When you use a Bet now button we count the click (the book, the pick and the time) so we know which links people use; we do not store your IP address with it. If you save your state, we hide Bet now buttons for US sportsbooks that are not legal there, but you are still responsible for only betting where it is legal.
8. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or republish picks or data from the Service, share premium content outside your account, interfere with the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it for anything illegal. All content, software and branding in the Service belong to BetBot Picks and are licensed to you only for personal, non commercial use while your account is in good standing.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that data is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted, or that any pick will win. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetBot Picks is not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms or if we are required to by law. Sections 2, 5 and 7 through 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Support, password resets and contact
Billing help, refunds, password resets and account questions are handled by our team through the Discord support link in the site footer. Include the email on your account so we can find it.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. If a change is material we will post a notice on the site or in Discord. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
