Are profit boosts worth it?

A profit boost raises your winnings by a percentage. Some are great. Many are on bets so overpriced that even boosted they lose value.

How a boost works

A 50% boost on a +100 bet makes the winnings 50% bigger: +100 becomes +150. The stake does not change.

Good boost or bad boost

Compare the boosted price to the fair price. If the boosted price is better, take it. If the fair price is +170 and the boost only takes you to +150, the boost is a trap.

Books often boost parlays and same game parlays, which carry a big cut to start with. Boosts on single bets in main markets are usually the best ones. Put any boost through the calculator below.
