Billing questions
The fine print, in plain words
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly and annual plans cancel from Account, then Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Weekly is a one time purchase and never renews.
How does the free trial work?
Every account can try Premium once for 7 days (14 if a friend invited you). There is no card to enter. When the trial ends you are back on the free plan, and nothing is charged. Trials unlock the website and app; the Discord premium role comes with a paid plan.
Do I need Discord?
No. Everything on the board works on the web. Link Discord from your account if you want DM alerts or a private dashboard channel.
Refunds
Charges made in error, duplicate charges, and first annual payments within 7 days are refunded. Other payments, including partial periods after you cancel, are non-refundable because picks are delivered instantly. Contact support in Discord. Full details are in the Terms.
I already have premium from the Discord role
Log in with Discord or link Discord from your account. Your role carries over and the full board unlocks with no second payment.
