By accessing or using BetBot Picks ("the Service"), including our website at betbotpicks.com and our Discord bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BetBot Picks is an informational service that uses automated systems to identify potential sports betting opportunities, including surebets (arbitrage) and positive expected value (+EV) bets. Alerts are delivered via a Discord server. The Service does not place bets on your behalf, hold funds, or operate as a bookmaker or gambling platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By using BetBot Picks, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.

4. Account and Subscription

• You may create an account by authenticating with your Discord account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Monthly and annual plans auto-renew unless canceled.
• Day Pass and Weekly plans are one-time payments and do not auto-renew.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital information services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Service, contact us and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund. We do not offer refunds based on betting outcomes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell premium picks or alerts
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the bot's algorithms or data sources
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other members in the Discord server
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that odds data will be accurate or current at the time of your bet. See our Gambling Disclaimer for more information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetBot Picks and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, algorithms, and data compilations provided by BetBot Picks are our intellectual property or used under license. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via Discord or email.
