Low-hold markets

Some markets, when you take the best price at each of two books, have almost no cut left. Those are low-hold markets.

Why they are useful

A normal market keeps around 4 to 5%. A low-hold pair keeps 0 to 2%. When you need to bet just to unlock something, like a deposit match rollover or a bonus bet, betting both sides of a low-hold market costs you almost nothing.

How to use one

  1. Find a market under 2% hold on the board.
  2. Bet one side at the book you need to play through.
  3. Bet the other side at the other book.
